Orca has a collection of ISM-band RF transceiver elements in GF 22FDX process node (also portable to other processes) which can be licensed to customers for their own merchant market ICs. Orca also has a complete ISM-band RF transceiver suitable for BLE that can be licensed to customers who develop BLE ICs. The IP includes integrated digital power amplifier with maximum output power of +23 dBm, integrated balun and matching network.
